psychometric properties (overall correlation = .862; Cronbach’s α = .920). Further
analysis of 4,285 historical user records and questionnaires from 915 graduates of the
Preparatory Program showed that students whose enrolled majors matched the system’s
recommendations reported significantly higher academic fit, learning motivation, and
university life satisfaction than their unmatched peers. Moreover, students who
completed two preparatory year courses outperformed one year attendees in interest
based major selection, Chinese language motivation, and adaptation to life in Taiwan.
These findings demonstrate that the system effectively enhances overseas Chinese
students’ academic decision making and subsequent adjustment, indicating valuable
potential for broader adoption.

壹、研究背景
隨著國際化高等教育的發展,越來越多海外僑生選擇來臺灣求學,這些學生
通常具備多元的語言和文化背景,然而也因而面臨了語言限制、跨文化適應障礙、
教育制度差異,以及升學資訊不足等複雜的挑戰(蕭琇云,2010)。這些因素不
僅造成僑生在大學科系選擇上的困難,更進一步影響其入學後的學習適應程度、
學習動機及長期生涯發展。根據周漢東(2002)的研究,約有三成的僑生在入學
後發現自身所選科系不符預期,凸顯出在升學過程中需要更完善的輔導與支持措
施。
Super(1953)的生涯發展理論指出,青年時期(約 15 至 24 歲)屬於生涯探
索的重要階段,此階段的教育與職涯決策對個體未來的職涯發展息息相關。相關
文獻也指出,大學科系的選擇不僅是學術學習的重要起點,亦是青年確立生涯認
同與規劃的重要轉捩點(王秀槐,2006;鍾思嘉,2008)。然而,面對高等教育校
系日益專業化與資訊量的膨脹,海外僑生常無法有效辨識最符合自身性向與興趣
的科系選項。
