僑生學群興趣探索測驗系統的開發與實證
Development and Validation of an Academic Cluster Interest Exploration
System for Overseas Chinese Students

近年來，來臺升學的海外僑生人數持續增加，但文化落差與資訊不足常導致
其在科系選擇上出現適配困難。本研究依據 Holland 職業興趣理論建置「學群興
趣探索測驗系統（僑生版）」，結合 72 題 RIASEC 量表、學類代碼與線性匹配演
算法，提供多語線上測驗與即時校系推薦。預試 205 份樣本顯示，量表整體配對
相關.862、Cronbach’s α 為.920，六類型信度皆高於.89，具良好信效度。進一步
分析 4,285 筆歷史使用紀錄及 915 名僑先部畢業生問卷，發現就讀科系與測驗建
議一致的學生，在課業適配、學習動機與大學生活滿意度上均顯著優於不一致者；
修讀僑先部兩年的學生亦在興趣導向的學科選擇、中文學習動機與臺灣生活適應
度方面，明顯優於僅修讀一年者。結果證實該系統能有效提升僑生的升學決策品
質與後續適應，具有推廣與應用價值。

Abstract
In recent years, the number of overseas Chinese students pursuing higher education in
Taiwan has continued to rise; nevertheless, cultural gaps and limited information often
hinder their ability to choose suitable majors. Guided by Holland’s Vocational Interest
Theory, this study developed the “Overseas Student Academic Cluster Interest
Exploration System,” which integrates a 72 item RIASEC inventory, academic cluster
codes, and a linear matching algorithm to deliver multilingual online testing and instant
programme recommendations. A pilot test with 205 participants revealed robust
